Lingalonga Festival Northern Territory – Head to Batchelor in the NT for the annual Lingalonga Festival – Sat 30th July 2016. Explore the markets, sit and enjoy the entertainment or join in the day’s fun activities. For the kids there are clowns and waterslides, and sports. There is live music, food stalls, buskers, art and craft workshops and a traditional weaving workshop. The Lingalonga Festival is a not-for-profit community event that is alcohol-free. Starts at 8am and runs till dark. Batchelor is located 90 kilometres from Darwin and is the gateway to the waterfalls and landmarks of Litchfield National Park.
